This policy explains how Karma Enterprises ("we", "us"), based in Bengaluru, India, handles personal data collected through this website. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, the topic you select and your message.
• Launch updates ("Notify me"): your email address and which venture you asked to hear about.
• Direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website. Like most websites, our hosting provider may briefly keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working, and we use IP addresses temporarily to limit spam submissions.

Why we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and continue a conversation you started with us.
• To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message.
• If you signed up for launch updates, to email you when a venture launches. We won't send you other marketing.

We process this data based on the consent you give when you submit a form. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: an email delivery provider (Resend) that sends form messages and confirmations and may store launch-update signups, and our website hosting provider. These providers may store data on servers outside India. We only share personal data with them to run these services, or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain any resulting business relationship. Launch-update signups are kept until the relevant venture launches or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. We delete data when it's no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, including unsubscribing from launch updates. Write to karmaenterprises2021blr@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
